When you are doing your first induction, try not to freak out, be as calm as you can be so your subject/client can get your vibe and become calm as well. First inductions are about the coolest one, or at least thats what i think, because you get that rush when they go and they follow your suggestions exactly as you said them.

NEED TO KNOW: Be sure that they want to be hypnotized. If they don't want to be
IT WILL NEVER WORK


When you are doing a one on one hypnosis session, you want to try to visualize them going into a trance and when yall start and they start going into a trance and if they go he way you visualized them going say "that's right" this helps them go into trance.

The word "NOW". You use this word to help the person go deeper.Like when they get their eyes closed you can say stuff like " Going deeper now" or "sleep now"

Those are a few tips and tricks this i have come across in my few years as a hypnotist.
